WHAT WE DO
We are a full-service design firm specializing in interior architecture and interior design for both residential and small commercial projects throughout coastal New England. We provide design guidance for additions, renovations, remodels, and new construction projects. Our areas of expertise include custom residential design, commercial design and branding coordination for small business owners, and aging-in-place additions and remodels.
Our ideal clients are those who crave authenticity and distinction.

We have an open, honest, and engaging approach that is grounded in the principles of experiential design. This means that our focus is always placed upon the quality of the user experience. Our primary goals are to enhance the lives of the people that live, work, and play in the environments we create. Our participatory process invites clients to work alongside of us to authentically shape spaces that meet their unique functional needs and aesthetic preferences. SERVICES
Strategic Planning + Programming: Information gathering, budget + timeline setting, recording of existing conditions, project research
Conceptual + Schematic Design: Mood boards, space planning, design of custom features, preliminary finishes discussion
Design Development: Selection of interior finishes, furnishings, and fixtures; creation of preliminary drawing set for cost estimation
Construction Documents: Full drawing set for permitting and construction, including floor plans, elevations, and finish/material schedules
Construction Administration + Project Management: Project site coordination, team meetings, deliveries, and installations
ABOUT + CONTACT
Sarah Perry is the Owner and Principal Designer of Sarah Beth Design Company where she provides interior architecture and design services on a freelance basis for clients, architects, and builders. Additionally, Sarah owns Nettie & Ro Creative Studio where she offers creative art, design, and crafting classes to the community. Prior to opening the art studio Sarah worked as an Associate Professor of Interior Architecture and Design in the School of Visual and Performing Arts at Endicott College for almost 10 years. She is an NCIDQ Licensed Designer, a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been a Professional Member of ASID. She has a BFA from Montserrat College of Art as well as a BS and MS in Interior Design + Merchandising from Colorado State University. Sarah is a native of the North Shore of Massachusetts.
